French 75!

In the past, I never favored champagne cocktails. It never made sense to tamper with an already perfect beverage. Champagne for me is like beer; a good beer or champagne is perfect as it is. Why should I play around with something so perfect. However, the French 75 changed my perspective on champagne cocktails. Gin, sugar, and lemon juice create a perfect balance so you will taste all four nuances of this cocktail. The French 75 is a great way to kick off an evening without the sickly sweetness of other champagne cocktails. The drink goes down easy but packs a punch, so be careful. One or two French 75 champagne cocktails might be enough to start a fun day or night with good food and friends!
