Ingredients Omelet
3 fresh eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp butter
Optional fillings such as cheese, vegetables and ham

Instructions cooking the Omelet
Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and beat them with a hand mixer on high speed for about 30 seconds until the mixture is light and frothy. Using a hand mixer will result in extra fluffy and light eggs. Add salt to taste and mix again for a few seconds.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp of butter and let it melt and coat the pan. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook for about 10-15 seconds until the edges start to set.
Use a spatula to gently lift the edges of the omelet and let the uncooked egg mixture flow underneath. You have control over the temperature; adjust as needed by moving or lifting the pan from the heat.
As soon as the egg mixture is mostly set but still slightly runny on top, place your desired fillings on one side of the omelet. Use the spatula to fold the other side of the omelet over the fillings. Let the omelet cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully cooked.
Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve hot.
